Our team welcomes you with a smile every day from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM in July and August. Here you’ll find all practical information, tourist documentation, hiking guides and maps for loan, as well as personalized advice to explore the region. It’s also here that you can borrow games, book an activity, or report a specific need. The kids’ club, the pool area, the restaurant, and the grocery store are also accessible during extended hours to meet the needs of the whole family:

The grocery store has established a Biocoop partnership. You will therefore find Biocoop products at Biocoop prices. Thus, our Biocoop grocery store is open all morning and late afternoon to offer you organic, fair-trade, and zero-waste products, resulting from a rigorous and carefully made selection. You’ll find everything you need: essential products (butter, milk, jam, fruit juice, etc.) for gourmet breakfasts, bulk items, a press corner, freshly baked pastries on-site and fresh bread every morning, and even sweets.
